The Dermo Roller is a professional device for micro-needling mesotherapy, an alternative to laser procedures and plastic surgery, as well as deep chemical peels. It is an innovative method of skin regeneration and renewal. The Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with thin titanium micro-needles from 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm in length, which create about 250,000 micro-punctures in the skin in 5 minutes. As they are made of titanium rather than surgical steel, the needles are extremely thin, like a human hair, and therefore penetrate the skin effectively. The precision of the titanium needle manufacturing ensures safety and comfort during the procedure. Each roller head is equipped with 192 TITANIUM needles. Thanks to micro-perforation of the outer skin layers, active ingredients reach much deeper than with daily cosmetic use. When active ingredients are applied to the skin, only 0.03% to 3% of the substance penetrates. With the derma roller, active ingredients are absorbed 3000% more. Skin stimulation is gentle, so the skin's regenerating cells and blood vessels remain undamaged. Please remember that each roller should be sterile-packed so that each client can see before the procedure that the roller used is not someone else's. The roller must be in its original packaging. Who is the ACTIV System Dermo-Roller for?
The procedure is entirely natural and safe It can be performed by people of any age and any skin type It can be used on thin skin and on all areas of the face and body It causes painless perforation of the skin surface No increased sensitivity to sunlight follows the procedure No side effects Good to know! Every epidermal injury, even the smallest, activates the skin's natural renewal processes. With age, the skin's ability to renew itself weakens, as seen for example in slower-healing wounds. Systematic micro-perforation of the epidermis is a safe form of skin stimulation that promotes its regeneration and thus increases skin density. Already after the first procedure your skin will be firmer and stronger. With intensive therapy, firmer and younger-looking skin can be achieved. The effect is fully visible after 24 hours. The number of procedures needed for maximum effect depends on individual skin condition. Procedures should be carried out after numbing with Emla cream, according to the client's sensations. Account should be taken of possible drop-like bleeding on the skin surface and scab formation. After each procedure the roller should be rinsed under running water and disinfected, and before the procedure the roller should also be disinfected, e.g. using AHD. The procedure may be carried out with physiological saline solution.
