Sterilisation Equipment
Sterilisation equipment – 4 products from €14. When working with clients, processing metal tools is a legal requirement, not a choice. An ultrasonic cleaner removes residue from places a brush cannot reach – especially the joints of nippers and pushers. A dry heat steriliser or autoclave destroys microorganisms with high temperature. These two devices do not replace one another: the cleaner cleans, the steriliser sterilises, and the correct order is exactly that. Before both stages, tools must still be manually cleaned and soaked in a disinfectant solution.

Ultrasonic cleaner
Ultrasound waves create microscopic bubbles in the water that wash dirt out of joints. A cycle takes 3–10 minutes. A disinfectant concentrate is added to the water.
Dry heat steriliser
Operates at 180–200 °C. Only clean, dry tools are placed inside – on a dirty surface, the heat does not reach the microorganisms.
Monitoring
Sterilisation pouches with an indicator change colour once the required temperature is reached, so you can see that the cycle has really taken place.
