Power

48 W is enough for home use – a layer cures within 30–60 seconds. In the salon, 80 W and above is more convenient: curing time drops to 30 seconds, which saves a significant amount of time over the course of a day.

Diode layout

It is not only the total power that matters, but also how the diodes are arranged. If they are only on the top, the outer nails receive less light and cure unevenly. Lamps with diodes on the sides as well do not have this drawback.

Hybrid lamps

They have both UV and LED diodes, so they suit all materials – both older UV gels and modern LED polishes. A purely LED lamp will not cure some older gels.

Additional features

A motion sensor switches the lamp on when you insert your hand. The low heat mode starts curing at a lower intensity, so the client does not feel any burning – this is useful when working with thin nails.
