ACTIV System Dermo – Roller Dermo Roller is a professional microneedling device for mesotherapy, offering an alternative to laser treatments, plastic surgery and deep chemical peels. It is an innovative method of skin regeneration and renewal. The Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with fine titanium microneedles, 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm long, which create about 250,000 micro-punctures in the skin in just 5 minutes. Because they are made of titanium rather than surgical steel, the needles are extremely thin, about the thickness of a human hair, and penetrate the skin effectively. The precision of the titanium needles ensures safety and comfort during the procedure. Each roller head has 192 TITANIUM needles.

The Derma Roller creates microscopic channels, known as micro-injuries, in the skin, which increase collagen and elastin production and slow down skin ageing. Because the micro-perforations pass through the outer skin layers, active ingredients penetrate far deeper than with everyday cosmetic application. When applied to the skin alone, only 0.3% to 3% of active substances penetrate. With the Derma Roller, active ingredients are absorbed up to 3000% more. The stimulation is gentle, so the skin's regenerative cells and blood vessels remain intact. Remember that each roller must be sealed sterile so that every client can see before the procedure that the roller to be used has not been used by anyone else. After the first procedure your skin will already be firmer and stronger. With intensive therapy, firmer and younger-looking skin can be achieved. The effect is fully visible after 24 hours. The number of procedures needed to achieve maximum effect depends on the individual condition of the skin.

Procedures should be performed after numbing with Emla cream, according to the client's sensation. Note that pinpoint bleeding and scabs may appear on the skin surface. After each procedure the roller must be rinsed under running water and disinfected, and it must also be disinfected before the procedure, for example with AHD. The procedure may be performed with physiological saline solution.
