ACTIV System Dermo – Roller Dermo Roller is a professional device for microneedling (collagen induction therapy), an alternative to laser treatments and plastic surgery, and also to deep chemical peels. It is an innovative method of skin regeneration and renewal. The Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with thin stainless-steel micro-needles from 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm in length, which make almost 250,000 micro-punctures in the skin within 5 minutes. Each roller head is fitted with 540 steel needles.

The derma roller creates microscopic channels in the skin, called micro-injuries, which trigger increased production of collagen and elastin, so the skin ages more slowly.
