It is an innovative method of skin regeneration and renewal. Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with fine titanium micro-needles, 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm in length, which make almost 250,000 micro-punctures in the skin in 5 minutes. Because they are made of titanium rather than surgical steel, they are extremely thin, like a human hair, and penetrate the skin with ease. The precision of the titanium needle manufacturing ensures safety and comfort during the procedure. The head of each roller is fitted with 192 TITANIUM needles. The procedure is entirely natural and safe It can be performed by a person of any age and any skin type It can be used on thin skin and on all areas of the face and body It causes painless perforation of the skin surface No increased sensitivity to sunlight occurs after the procedure No side effects Good to know! Every, even the smallest, epidermal damage in the skin activates natural renewal processes. With age, the skin's ability to renew itself weakens, as seen for example in slower-healing wounds. Systematic epidermal micro-perforation is a safe form of skin stimulation that promotes its regeneration and thereby increases skin density.
