ACTIV System Dermo – Roller Dermo Roller is a professional device for microneedling mesotherapy, one of the alternatives to laser procedures and plastic surgery, as well as deep chemical peels. It is an innovative method of skin regeneration and renewal. Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with thin stainless steel micro-needles, with lengths from 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm, which create almost 250,000 micro-punctures on the skin in 5 minutes. The head of each roller is fitted with 540 steel needles.

Derma Roller creates very fine channels, called micro-channels, which stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, so the skin ages more slowly. Thanks to micro-perforation, active ingredients penetrate the skin much deeper than during everyday cosmetic use. When cosmetics are applied directly to the skin, only 0.03% to 3% of the substance is absorbed. After using a derma roller, active substances are absorbed 3000% more. Skin stimulation is gentle, so the skin's reproductive cells and capillaries remain undamaged. It should be remembered that each roller should be sterile and sealed, so that each client can see before the procedure that the roller used for the treatment has not been used in any way. The number of procedures needed for maximum effect depends on the individual condition of the skin.

Procedures should be performed under Emla anaesthetic, according to the client's sensitivity. Capillary bleeding on the skin surface and the formation of bumps should be expected. After each procedure the roller should be rinsed under running water and disinfected, and before the procedure the roller should also be disinfected, for example using AHD. The procedure may be performed with physiological saline solution. Please note that, in accordance with Article 5 of Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Law, for health protection and hygiene reasons, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to products delivered in a sealed package if the package was opened after delivery.
