ACTIV System Dermo – Roller Dermo Roller is a professional micro-needling mesotherapy device, an alternative to laser procedures, plastic surgery and deep chemical peels. It is an innovative method for skin regeneration and renewal. The Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with fine titanium micro-needles, 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm in length, which make nearly 250,000 micro-punctures in the skin within 5 minutes. Because they are made of titanium rather than surgical steel, the needles are extremely thin, like human hair, and therefore penetrate the skin effectively. The precision of the titanium needle manufacturing ensures safety and comfort during the procedure. The head of each roller is fitted with 192 TITANIUM needles.

Derma Roller creates microscopic channels in the skin, known as micro-injuries, which trigger increased production of collagen and elastin, slowing skin ageing. Thanks to micro-perforation, the active ingredients penetrate much deeper into the outer skin layers than during everyday cosmetic application. After applying a standard product, only 0.03% to 3% of the substance is transported into the skin. After using the Derma Roller, active ingredients are absorbed up to 3000% more. Skin stimulation is very gentle, so the skin's reproductive cells and capillaries remain undamaged. Please remember that each roller should be sterile and sealed, so that each client can verify before the procedure that the roller used has not been used by anyone else. Good to know! Every epidermal injury, even the smallest, activates the skin's self-repair processes. Systematic epidermal micro-perforation is a safe way to stimulate the skin, promoting its regeneration and thereby increasing skin density. Already after the first procedure your skin will look firmer and stronger. With intensive treatment, a smoother and younger-looking skin can be achieved. The full effect becomes visible after 24 hours. The number of procedures needed for maximum effect depends on the individual condition of the skin.

Procedures should be carried out after applying Emla cream, depending on the client's sensitivity. Capillary bleeding and scabs that may appear on the skin surface should be expected. After each procedure the roller should be rinsed under running water and disinfected, and before the procedure the roller should also be disinfected, for example with AHD. The procedure can be performed with physiological saline solution. We inform you that, under Article 38(5) of the Consumer Rights Act, for health and hygiene protection, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to products supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened after delivery.
