ACTIV System Dermo – Roller

Dermo - Roller is a professional device for micro-needle mesotherapy, which is one of the alternatives to laser procedures, plastic surgery and deep chemical peels. It is an innovative method of skin regeneration and restoration. The Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with fine titanium micro-needles, with lengths from 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm, which make almost 250 thousand micro-punctures in the skin within 5 minutes. Because they are made of titanium rather than surgical steel, they are extremely thin, as fine as a human hair, and therefore truly penetrate the skin. The precision with which the titanium needles are manufactured guarantees safety and comfort during the procedure. Each roller head is fitted with 192 TITANIUM needles.

The Derma Roller creates microscopic channels in the skin, so-called micro-injuries, which trigger increased production of collagen and elastin, so the skin ages more slowly. Thanks to the micro-perforation of the outer layers of the skin, the most active ingredients penetrate significantly deeper than with everyday cosmetic application. When cosmetics are applied to the skin, only 0.03% to 3% of the substance reaches the skin. After using the derma roller, the most active substances are absorbed 3000% more. The skin stimulation is gentle, so the skin's dividing cells and capillaries remain unscratched.

Remember that each roller should be sealed in sterile packaging, so that every client can see before the procedure that the roller to be used has not been used before. The roller must be in its original packaging.

Every injury to the epidermis, even the smallest, activates the skin's natural repair processes. With age, the skin's ability to repair itself weakens, which can be seen, for example, in wounds that heal more slowly. Systematic micro-perforation of the skin is a safe form of skin stimulation that encourages regeneration and, as a result, greater skin density.

Even after the first procedure, your skin will be firmer and stronger. With intensive therapy, firmer and younger-looking skin can be achieved. The full effect is visible after 24 hours. The number of procedures needed to achieve the maximum effect depends on the individual condition of the skin.

Procedures should be performed after anaesthesia with Emla cream, depending on the client's comfort. Be prepared for capillary blood to seep onto the skin surface and for pinpoint bleeding spots to appear. After each procedure the roller should be rinsed with running water and disinfected, and it should also be disinfected before the procedure, e.g. with AHD. The procedure can be performed with saline solution.
