ACTIV System Dermo – Roller The Dermo Roller is a professional microneedling mesotherapy device, one of the alternatives to laser procedures and plastic surgery, and also to the deepest chemical peels. It is an innovative method of skin regeneration and renewal. The Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with fine stainless steel microneedles, 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm in length, which create almost 250,000 micro-punctures in the skin within 5 minutes. Each roller head is fitted with 540 steel needles.

The Derma Roller creates microscopic channels in the skin called micro-channels, triggering increased production of collagen and elastin, which slows skin ageing. Thanks to micro-perforation, active ingredients penetrate much deeper than during everyday cosmetic application. When applied directly to the skin, only 0.03% to 3% of a substance penetrates. After using the derma roller, active ingredients are absorbed up to 3000% more. The stimulation is gentle, so skin cells and capillaries remain undamaged. Please note that each roller must be in sterile sealed packaging so that each client can see before the procedure that the roller used for treatment has not been used by anyone else. Good to know! Every, even the smallest, damage to the stratum corneum triggers the skin's natural self-renewal process. As we age, the skin's ability to self-repair weakens, which can be seen, for example, in wounds that heal more slowly. Systematic micro-perforation of the stratum corneum is a safe form of skin stimulation that promotes its regeneration and thereby increases skin density. Already after the first procedure your skin will be firmer and stronger. With intensive therapy, a firmer and younger-looking skin can be achieved. The effect is fully visible after 24 hours. The number of procedures needed for maximum effect depends on the individual condition of the skin.

Procedures should be carried out under anaesthesia with Emla cream, according to the client's sensation. Some drop-by-drop bleeding on the skin surface and crust formation should be expected. After each procedure the roller must be rinsed under running water and disinfected, and before the procedure the roller must also be disinfected, for example with AHD. The procedure may be performed with physiological saline. We inform you that, in accordance with Article 38(5) of the Lithuanian Consumer Rights Act, for reasons of health and hygiene protection, the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract does not apply to products delivered in sealed packaging if such packaging has been opened after delivery.
