ACTIV System Dermo – Roller Dermo Roller is a professional microneedling mesotherapy device, one of the alternatives to laser procedures and plastic surgery, as well as deep chemical peels. It is an innovative skin regeneration and renewal tool. The Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with thin stainless steel microneedles, 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm in length, which create nearly 250,000 micro-punctures on the skin in 5 minutes. Each roller head is fitted with 540 steel needles.

The Derma Roller creates microscopic channels within the skin, so-called micro-injuries, which increase collagen and elastin production and slow skin ageing. Thanks to micro-perforation, active ingredients from topical products penetrate much deeper than with everyday cosmetics. With cosmetic products alone, the skin absorbs only 0.03% to 3% of the substance. After using the derma roller, active ingredients are absorbed up to 3000% more. Skin stimulation is gentle, so the skin's regenerative cells and capillaries remain undamaged. Each roller should be sterile-sealed so that before the procedure the client can see that the roller used has not been used by anyone else. The roller must be in its original packaging. Good to know! Every, even the smallest, injury to the skin's surface activates its natural self-repair processes. After the age of thirty, the skin's self-repair ability weakens, which is visible, for example, in wounds that heal more slowly. Systematic micro-perforation is a safe form of skin stimulation that promotes its regeneration and thereby increases skin density. After just the first procedure your skin will be firmer and stronger. With intensive therapy, a tighter and younger-looking skin can be achieved. The full effect is visible after 24 hours. The number of procedures needed for maximum effect depends on individual skin condition.

Procedures should be carried out without Emla cream, according to the client's sensations. Expect the appearance of tiny droplets of blood on the skin surface, as well as redness. After each procedure the roller should be rinsed under running water and disinfected, and before the procedure it should also be disinfected, for example using AHD. The procedure can be performed on physiological saline solution. Please note that under Article 38(5) of the Lithuanian Consumer Rights Act, for health and hygiene reasons, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to products delivered in sealed packaging that has been opened after delivery.
