ACTIV System Dermo – Roller Dermo Roller is a professional micro-needling mezotherapy device, one of the alternatives to laser therapy and plastic surgery, as well as deep chemical peels. It is an innovative method of skin regeneration and renewal. The Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with thin titanium micro-needles, 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm in length, which make almost 250 thousand micro-punctures in the skin within 5 minutes. Because they are made of titanium rather than surgical steel, they are extremely thin, like a human hair, and therefore penetrate the skin with ease. The precise manufacturing of the titanium needles guarantees safety and comfort during the procedure. The head of each roller is equipped with 192 TITANIUM needles.

The Derma Roller creates microscopic channels in the skin, called micro-injuries, which increase collagen and elastin production, so the skin ages more slowly. Thanks to micro-perforation of the outer skin layers, active ingredients penetrate much deeper than during everyday cosmetic application. When cosmetics are applied to the skin, only 0.03% to 3% of the substance is transported into the skin. After using the derma roller, active substances are absorbed 3000% more. The stimulation of the skin is gentle, so the skin's multilayer cells and blood vessels remain undamaged. Please note that each roller must be sealed sterile, so that every client can see before the procedure that the roller used for treatment has never been used before. Procedures should be performed with Emla ointment anaesthesia, according to the client's feelings. Slight bleeding on the skin surface and crust formation should be expected. After each procedure the roller should be rinsed under running water and disinfected, and before the procedure the roller should also be disinfected, for example with AHD. The procedure may be carried out on a physiological saline basis.
