ACTIV System Dermo – Roller Dermo Roller is a professional device for microneedling mesotherapy, one of the alternatives to laser procedures and plastic surgery, as well as to deep chemical peels. It is an innovative method of skin regeneration and renewal. The Dermo Roller ACTIV is a roller covered with thin titanium micro-needles, 0.25 mm to 2.0 mm in length, which perform nearly 250,000 micro-punctures in the skin within 5 minutes. Because they are made of titanium rather than surgical steel, they are extremely thin, as thin as a human hair, and therefore penetrate the skin very effectively. The precision of the titanium needle manufacturing guarantees safety and comfort during the procedure. The head of each roller is fitted with 192 TITANIUM needles.

The Derma Roller creates microscopic channels in the skin, known as micro-injuries, which stimulate increased production of collagen and elastin, so that the skin ages more slowly. Thanks to micro-perforation of the outer skin layers, active ingredients penetrate much deeper than during everyday cosmetic application. When active substances are applied to the skin, only 0.03% to 3% of the substance is transported into the skin. After using the derma roller, the skin absorbs up to 3000% more of the active ingredient. The skin stimulation is gentle, so the skin's regenerative cells and capillaries remain undamaged. Please remember that each roller must be sealed sterile so that each client can see before the procedure that the roller used for treatment has not been used by anyone else. Good to know! Every epidermal injury, even the smallest, activates the skin's self-healing processes. With age, the skin's self-healing ability weakens, which we see, for example, in slower-healing wounds. Systematic micro-perforation is a safe form of skin stimulation that promotes its regeneration and therefore increases skin density. Already after the first procedure your skin will be firmer and stronger. With intensive therapy, firmer and younger-looking skin can be achieved. The full effect is visible after 24 hours. The number of procedures needed for maximum effect depends on the individual condition of the skin.

Procedures should be performed under Emla cream anaesthesia, according to the client's comfort. Treatment should stop when small drops of blood appear on the skin surface and streaks form. After each procedure the roller should be rinsed under running water and disinfected, and before the procedure the roller should also be disinfected, for example using AHD. The procedure can be performed on physiological saline solution. We inform you that, in accordance with Article 38(5) of the Consumer Rights Act, for health protection and hygiene reasons, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to products delivered in hermetically sealed packaging if the packaging was opened after delivery.
