Class B medical-grade sterilisation ensures complete process effectiveness and safety, helping you maintain high hygiene standards in your treatment room. The device is designed for sterilising medical and non-medical instruments, wrapped and unwrapped, solid and hollow Type A items and porous items. The device may only be operated by qualified personnel with the knowledge and appropriate training to operate this type of equipment.

Features that improve everyday use

The device is equipped with a control panel with an LED display that lets you select the appropriate programmes or parameters and follow the progress of the cycle. The integrated thermal printer prints sterilisation confirmation records containing information such as the date and time of the cycle and changes in temperature and pressure. In addition, there is a connector at the back of the unit so that a dedicated printer can be connected if required, while the USB port allows you to save sterilisation results in digital form on the USB flash drive included in the set. Integrated distilled water and used water tanks make work considerably easier. The device features a distilled water quality control function. The self-diagnostic system alerts you when an error occurs, displaying relevant messages, for example about an unclosed door or the need to empty the tank or change the water, which reduces the risk of damage to the equipment.

Available sterilisation, test and cleaning programmes

The autoclave offers the following programmes: 4 sterilisation programmes, 2 test programmes allowing three tests to be carried out: the vacuum test (Vacuum Test), the B&D test (B&D Test) and the Helix test (Helix Test), a regular maintenance and pipe cleaning programme (Automatic Pipe Cleaning) and a drying programme (Drying Function) meeting an enhanced drying standard. This allows you to select parameters to suit your individual needs and the prepared load. You can also set and save your own sterilisation parameters in custom mode (CUSTOM).
