INTENDED USE:
The LFSS08AD autoclave is designed for sterilising invasive medical devices. The unit helps protect against cross-infection. The autoclave is intended in particular for hospital wards, dental surgeries, ophthalmology practices and biological research institutes. It is designed for sterilising surgical instruments, dental tools, syringes and more. Suitable for sterilising wrapped (single- and multi-layer) and unwrapped solid items, porous items and hollow loads in accordance with the EN 13060:2004+A2:2010 standard. The autoclave can also be used for non-medical and veterinary applications.

Warning: The unit is not intended for sterilising liquids.

Made to a special Activeshop order, it has features not found in other autoclaves, which makes this product truly unique. Functionality you will appreciate

This is a compact unit that combines an autoclave with an integrated thermal printer. It features an LCD screen and a USB port that lets you connect a storage device to record cycle results. It offers 10 fully automatic programmes: 7 sterilisation programmes, 2 test programmes and an autoclave cleaning programme. It also has a user programme function that allows you to select all parameters yourself. The menu is intuitive, and the user-friendly interface is in Polish. The preheating and heat-holding function also proves useful. The Lafomed Compact Line autoclave offers quick sterilisation programmes with heating time control. The shortest sterilisation programme, including drying, takes only 7 minutes. The unit has an integrated clean (distilled) water tank used for sterilisation, as well as a used-water tank with drainage at the front of the unit. The self-diagnostic system effectively protects against damage to the connections and helps maintain the unit's longevity. Additional safety is provided by the double door-locking system. What sets it apart from other Lafomed autoclaves is the unusually large capacity of the clean and used water tanks, as much as 2.5 litres! As a result, you will not need to refill and empty the water frequently.

36-month warranty

The Lafomed Compact Line autoclave comes with a 36-month warranty. It is worth noting that the warranty is independent of the number of cycles run by the autoclave. This option applies to units purchased from 17 May 2024. In addition, a technical passport is included free of charge.

Nationwide network of authorised LAFOMED service centres

We are pleased to announce changes to the servicing of LAFOMED autoclaves. In response to our customers' requirements and needs, from 2 September 2024 we are launching a nationwide network of authorised LAFOMED service centres. Service centres are now available in every voivodeship, where you can leave your unit for repair or a technical inspection.
Authorised service centres offer:
- annual inspections
- necessary warranty and non-warranty repairs
- the above services carried out at the customer's premises (on-site) *
- replacement units during repairs *
- fast and efficient work

Specification:

Class B medical	This is the highest autoclave class, allowing the most effective sterilisation of unwrapped and wrapped items, regardless of the type of instrument.
High quality	The autoclave is manufactured to the ISO 13485 standard and holds CE 1023 certification. It also meets the requirements of the European standard BS EN 13060:2014+A1:2018.
8 L capacity	The 8-litre autoclave is ideal, for example, for a beauty salon or tattoo studio. The chamber can hold a rack with three trays.
Integrated printer	Requires no ink, as it uses thermal paper.
Sterilisation of wrapped or unwrapped instruments	The Class B autoclave allows you to sterilise both unwrapped and wrapped instruments (solid or hollow).

USB port	Digital data is saved to a pen drive, so you do not need to worry about losing or damaging the valuable records you need.
Shortcut function	The last sterilisation programme run is saved and easily accessible after switching on the autoclave.
Auto-start function	With this function you can start the required programme at a preset time. A delayed start can be set for a specific date and time, or for any number of hours later.
Preheating function	When this function is on, the unit preheats while you set the programme or parameters.
Temperature-holding function	The autoclave will heat the chamber and run the steam generator to maintain a constant, warm temperature (for up to 8 hours). This shortens the running time of each sterilisation cycle.
Integrated clean and used water tanks	Each container has a capacity of as much as 2.5 litres. The clean water tank is for distilled or deionised water used for sterilisation. The used-water tank means you do not need to bother with an external water container. Used (and clean) water is drained from the front of the unit.
Self-diagnostic system	Effective protection against damage.
Water quality sensor	Monitoring of water parameters for stable and safe sterilisation processes.
Grade 304 stainless steel chamber	This makes it exceptionally durable and attractive, and testifies to the high quality of the unit.
