INTENDED USE:
Autoclave, model LFSS18AA LCD, designed for the sterilisation of invasive medical instruments. The device helps prevent cross-infection. The autoclave is especially intended for hospital departments, dental and ophthalmology practices and biological research institutes. Designed for sterilising surgical instruments, dental tools, syringes and similar items. Used for sterilising wrapped (single or multiple layers) and unwrapped solid products, porous products and hollow items in accordance with EN 13060:2004+A2:2010. The autoclave may also be used for non-medical and veterinary purposes.

Warning: the device is not intended for sterilising liquids.

The Lafomed Premium Line autoclave is especially recommended for hospital departments, dental and ophthalmology practices and biological institutes carrying out research. It is also well suited to barbershops and beauty salons, tattoo studios or aesthetic medicine clinics. The device is designed for sterilising both medical and non-medical instruments. Manufactured to a special Activeshop order, it offers features you will not find in other autoclaves, which makes this product especially distinctive. Sterilisation with a top-grade Class B medical autoclave ensures complete efficiency and safety.

Functionality you will appreciate

This is a compact device combining an autoclave with a built-in thermal printer. It features an LCD screen and a USB port that allows a data storage medium to be connected so that the results of each cycle can be saved. There are 10 fully automatic programmes: 7 sterilisation programmes, 2 test programmes and an autoclave cleaning programme. It also offers a user programme function that lets you freely select the parameters. The menu is intuitive, and the user-friendly interface is provided in Polish. The pre-heating and temperature-holding function is also useful. The Lafomed Premium Line autoclave features fast sterilisation programmes, with the option to control drying time. The shortest sterilisation programme, including drying, takes just 7 minutes. The device has a built-in clean (distilled) water tank used for sterilisation, as well as a used-water tank, with drainage possible from the front or the rear. The automatic diagnostic system effectively protects against faults and helps keep the device durable. Additional safety is provided by the double door lock system.

Warranty with extension option (24+12)

The Lafomed Premium Line autoclave comes with a 24-month warranty. Note that the warranty does not depend on the number of autoclave cycles. There is a option to extend the warranty by a further 12 months if a paid technical inspection is carried out at an authorised service before the basic warranty expires. This option applies to devices purchased from 22 August 2022. A technical passport is included free of charge!

Nationwide network of authorised LAFOMED services in Poland

We are pleased to inform you of changes to LAFOMED autoclave servicing. In response to the needs and requirements of our customers, from 2 September 2024 we are launching a nationwide network of authorised LAFOMED services. Services are now available in every voivodeship, where you can leave your device for repair or inspection.
Authorised services offer:
- annual inspections
- necessary warranty and post-warranty repairs
- the option to carry out these services at the customer's location (on-site) *
- replacement devices during repairs *
- fast and efficient service

Specification:

Class B medical	This is the highest autoclave class, allowing the most efficient sterilisation of unwrapped and wrapped items, regardless of instrument type.
High manufacturing quality	The autoclave is manufactured in accordance with ISO 13485 and holds CE 1023 certification. It also meets the requirements of the European standard BS EN 13060:2014+A1:2018.
18 L capacity	An 18-litre autoclave is ideal for, for example, a beauty salon, tattoo studio or dental practice. The chamber can hold a grid with three trays.
Built-in printer	Requires no ink, as it uses thermal paper.
Sterilisation of instruments loose or in packaging	The Class B autoclave allows both unwrapped and wrapped instruments (solid or hollow) to be sterilised.

Cleaning programme	Designed for cleaning the autoclave. Especially recommended when the message "CLEANING REQUIRED" appears.
USB port	Save data digitally to a USB memory stick and avoid losing or damaging valuable records you need.
Reference function	The last sterilisation programme run will be remembered and easily accessible when the autoclave is switched on.
Automatic start function	This function lets you start the relevant programme at a pre-set time. You can set a delayed programme start for a specific date and time, or for any later number of hours.
Pre-heating function	When this function is on, the device pre-heats before the programme or parameters are set.
Temperature-holding function	The autoclave heats the chamber and runs the steam generator to maintain a constant, warm temperature (for up to 8 hours). This helps shorten the duration of each sterilisation cycle.
Built-in clean and used water tanks	The clean water tank is for distilled or deionised water used for sterilisation. Having a used-water tank means there is no need to remember an external container.
Automatic diagnostic system	Effective protection against faults.
Water quality sensor	Monitors water parameters for a stable and safe sterilisation process.
Chamber made of 304 grade stainless steel	This makes it especially durable and more attractive, reflecting the high quality of the device.
Double door lock	An advanced system that protects the door both mechanically and electronically.
Meets sanitary-epidemiological requirements	No UDT registration required.
High-quality bacterial filter	Replaced every 150 cycles; filters are available in our store.
