INTENDED USE:
Autoclave, model LFSS18AD, intended for the sterilisation of invasive medical devices. The unit helps prevent cross-contamination. The autoclave is especially suited to hospital departments, dental and ophthalmology clinics and biological research institutes. Intended for sterilising surgical instruments, dental tools, syringes and similar items. Used for sterilising wrapped (single- and double-layer) and unwrapped solid items, porous items and hollow objects in accordance with the EN 13060:2004+A2:2010 standard. The autoclave may also be used for non-medical and veterinary purposes.

Warning: The device is not intended for sterilising liquids.

It is also ideal for barbershops and beauty salons, tattoo studios or aesthetic medicine clinics. The unit is designed for sterilising both medical and non-medical instruments. Made to a special Activeshop order, it offers features you will not find in other autoclaves, which makes this product particularly distinctive. Functionality you will appreciate

This compact unit combines an 18-litre autoclave with a built-in thermal printer. It features an LCD display and a USB port that allows you to connect a data carrier to save the results of each completed cycle. It offers 10 fully automatic programmes: 7 sterilisation programmes, 2 test programmes and an autoclave cleaning programme. It also has a user programme function, allowing you to set parameters completely freely. The menu is intuitive, and the user interface is available in Polish. The pre-heating and heat-maintenance function will also prove useful. The Lafomed Compact Line autoclave features fast sterilisation programmes with the option to control drying time. The shortest sterilisation programme, including drying, takes just 7 minutes. The unit has a built-in tank for clean (distilled) water used for sterilisation, as well as a waste water tank with drainage at the front of the device. The automatic diagnostic system effectively protects against faults and helps preserve the longevity of the device. Additional safety is provided by a double door lock system. What distinguishes it from other Lafomed autoclaves is the exceptionally large capacity of the clean and waste water tanks – as much as 2.5 litres each! As a result, you will not need to refill and empty the water frequently.

36-month warranty

The Lafomed Compact Line autoclave comes with a 36-month warranty. Note that the warranty does not depend on the number of cycles performed by the autoclave. This condition applies to units purchased from 17 May 2024. In addition, a technical passport is included free of charge with the set.

Nationwide network of authorised LAFOMED service centres in Poland

We are pleased to announce changes to LAFOMED autoclave servicing. Responding to the needs and requirements of our customers, from 2 September 2024 we are launching a nationwide network of authorised LAFOMED service centres. Services are now available in every voivodeship, where you can leave your device for repair or inspection.
Authorised service centres offer:
- annual inspections
- necessary warranty and post-warranty repair work
- the option to carry out the above services at the customer's site (on-site visit) *
- replacement units during the repair period *
- fast and efficient service

Class B medical	This is the highest class of autoclave, allowing the most effective sterilisation of unwrapped and wrapped items, regardless of instrument type.
High manufacturing quality	The autoclave is manufactured to ISO 13485 and holds CE 1023 certification. It also complies with the requirements of the European standard BS EN 13060:2014+A1:2018.

Automatic start function	Thanks to this function you can start the relevant programme at a previously set time. You can schedule a delayed programme start for a specific date and time, or for any number of hours later.
Pre-heating function	When this function is enabled, the unit pre-heats before a programme or parameters are set.
Temperature maintenance function	The autoclave heats the chamber and runs the steam generator to maintain a constant, warm temperature (for up to 8 hours). This helps shorten the time needed for each sterilisation cycle.
Built-in clean and waste water tanks	Each tank has a capacity of as much as 2.5 litres. The clean water tank is for distilled or deionised water used for sterilisation. Having a waste water tank means you do not need to worry about an external container. Drainage of waste (and clean) water is at the front of the unit.
Automatic diagnostic system	Effective protection against faults.
Water quality sensor	Monitors water parameters for a stable and safe sterilisation process.
