INTENDED USE:
The LFSS12AA LCD autoclave is designed to sterilise invasive medical instruments. The device helps prevent cross-infection. The autoclave is especially intended for hospital departments, dental clinics, ophthalmology clinics and biological research institutes. It is suitable for sterilising surgical instruments, dental tools, syringes and more. It is used for sterilising wrapped (single and multi-layer) and unwrapped solid products, porous products and hollow objects in accordance with EN 13060:2004+A2:2010. The autoclave may also be used for non-medical and veterinary purposes.

Warning: The device is not intended for sterilising liquids.

Manufactured to a special Activeshop specification, it offers features you will not find in other autoclaves, making this product particularly unique. Functionality you will appreciate

This compact unit combines an autoclave with an integrated thermal printer. It features an LCD screen and a USB port that allows you to connect a data carrier to record each completed cycle. It offers 10 fully automatic programmes: 7 sterilisation programmes, 2 test programmes and an autoclave cleaning programme. It also includes a user programme function, giving you complete freedom to set the parameters. The menu is intuitive, and the user-friendly interface is in Lithuanian. A pre-heating and heat-retention function will also prove useful. The Lafomed Premium Line autoclave offers fast sterilisation programmes, with the option to control drying time. The shortest sterilisation programme, including drying, takes just 7 minutes. The device has an integrated reservoir for clean (distilled) water used for sterilisation, as well as a reservoir for used water, with the option of draining from the front or the back. The self-diagnostic system effectively protects against damage and helps maintain the device's long service life. Additional safety is provided by a dual door-locking system.

Warranty with extension option (24+12)

The Lafomed Premium Line autoclave comes with a 24-month warranty. It is worth noting that the warranty is not dependent on the number of autoclave cycles. There is a option to extend the warranty by a further 12 months, subject to a paid technical inspection at an authorised service centre before the main warranty period expires. This option applies to devices purchased from 22 August 2022. In addition, a technical passport is included free of charge!

Nationwide network of authorised Lafomed service centres

We are pleased to inform you of changes in LAFOMED autoclave servicing. Responding to the needs and requirements of our customers, from 2 September 2024 we are launching a nationwide network of authorised LAFOMED service centres. Service points are now available in every region, where you can leave your device for repair or inspection.
Authorised service centres offer:

- the above services carried out at the customer's location (on-site visits) *
- replacement devices during repairs *

Specification:

Medical Class B	This is the highest autoclave class, which allows both wrapped and unwrapped items to be sterilised most effectively, regardless of the type of instrument.
High manufacturing quality	The autoclave is manufactured to the ISO 13485 standard and holds CE 1023 certification. It also meets the requirements of the European standard BS EN 13060:2014+A1:2018.
12 L capacity	The relatively large capacity allows more instruments and items to be sterilised at once. A 12-litre autoclave is ideal for beauty salons and nail studios.
Integrated printer	No ink is required, as thermal paper is used.
Sterilisation of instruments loose or in packaging	The Class B autoclave allows both unwrapped instruments and those in packaging (solid or hollow) to be sterilised.

Cleaning programme	Designed for cleaning the autoclave. Especially recommended when the "CLEANING REQUIRED" message appears.
USB port	Store data digitally on the user's data carrier and avoid worrying about losing or damaging valuable records.
Resume function	The last completed sterilisation programme is saved and easily accessible after the autoclave is switched on.
Automatic start function	With this function you can start the required programme at preset times. You can set a delayed start for a specific date and time, or for any number of hours later.

Pre-heating function	When this function is enabled, the device pre-heats while the programme or parameters are being set.
Temperature retention function	The autoclave heats the chamber and activates the steam generator to maintain a constant warm temperature (for up to 8 hours). This makes it possible to shorten the time needed for each sterilisation cycle.
Integrated clean and used water reservoirs	The clean water reservoir is intended for distilled or deionised water used for sterilisation. The built-in used water reservoir means there is no need to remember an external container.
Self-diagnostic system	Effective protection against damage.
Water quality sensor	Monitors water parameters to ensure a stable and safe sterilisation process.
Grade 304 stainless steel chamber	This makes it exceptionally durable and aesthetically pleasing, and reflects the high quality parameters of the device.
Dual door lock	An advanced system that protects the door both mechanically and electronically.
