INTENDED USE:
Autoclave, model LFSS23AA LCD, intended for the sterilisation of invasive medical devices. The device helps prevent cross-infection. The autoclave is specially designed for hospital departments, dental practices, ophthalmology clinics and biological research institutes. Intended for sterilising surgical instruments, dental tools, syringes and more. Used for sterilising packaged (single and multi-layer) and unpackaged solid products, porous products and hollow objects, in accordance with EN 13060:2004+A2:2010. The autoclave may also be used for non-medical and veterinary applications.

Warning: The device is not intended for sterilising liquids.

Manufactured to a special Activeshop order, it offers features you will not find in other autoclaves, which makes this product truly unique. Sterilisation in a top-class Class B medical autoclave ensures complete effectiveness and safety.

Functionality you will appreciate

This is a compact device combining an autoclave with a built-in thermal printer. It features an LCD screen and a USB port, which allows you to connect a data carrier to save the completed cycle. It offers 10 fully automatic programmes: 7 sterilisation programmes, 2 test programmes and an autoclave cleaning programme. In addition, there is a user programme function that allows you to freely select all parameters. The menu is intuitive, and the user-friendly interface is in Polish. The pre-heating and heat-retention function will also be useful. The Lafomed Premium Line autoclave features fast sterilisation programmes with the option to control the drying time. The shortest sterilisation programme with drying takes just 7 minutes. The device has a built-in clean (distilled) water tank for sterilisation, as well as a waste water tank, with drainage from the front or the back. The self-diagnostic system effectively protects against damage and maintains the device's longevity. Additional safety is provided by the double door locking system.

Warranty with extension option (24+12)

The Lafomed Premium Line autoclave comes with a 24-month warranty. It is worth noting that the warranty does not depend on the number of autoclave cycles. There is the option to extend the warranty by a further 12 months if, before the end of the basic warranty period, you carry out a paid technical inspection at an authorised service centre. This option applies to devices purchased from 22-08-2022. A technical passport is also included free of charge!

Nationwide network of authorised LAFOMED service centres

We are pleased to inform you of changes to LAFOMED autoclave servicing. In response to the requirements and needs of our customers, from 02-09-2024 we are launching a nationwide network of authorised LAFOMED service centres. Service points are now available in every region, where you can leave your device for repair or inspection.
Authorised service centres offer:

Specification:

Medical Class B	This is the highest autoclave class, allowing the most effective sterilisation of unpackaged and packaged items, regardless of the type of instrument.
High manufacturing quality	The autoclave is manufactured in accordance with ISO 13485 and holds CE 1023 certification. It also complies with the requirements of the European standard BS EN 13060:2014+A1:2018.
23 L capacity	A 23-litre autoclave is ideal for, for example, a dental practice or barbershop. The chamber can hold a basket with three trays.
Built-in printer	Requires no ink, as it uses thermal paper.
Sterilising tools, whether packaged or unpackaged	Class B autoclave allows sterilisation of both unpackaged tools and packaged (solid or hollow) items.

Cleaning programme	Designed for cleaning the autoclave. It is recommended especially when the "CLEANING REQUIRED" message appears.
USB port	Save data digitally to a memory device and avoid worrying about losing or damaging valuable records.
Reference function	The last sterilisation programme performed will be remembered and easily accessible when the autoclave is switched on.
Auto-start function	With this function you can start the appropriate programme after a preset time. You can set the delayed start of a programme for a specific date and time, or for any number of hours later.
Pre-heating function	When this function is on, the device pre-heats before a programme or parameters are set.
Temperature retention function	The autoclave heats the chamber and runs the steam generator to maintain a constant, warm temperature (up to 8 h max). This shortens the time needed to run each sterilisation cycle.
Built-in clean and waste water tanks	The clean water tank is intended for distilled or deionised water used for sterilisation. Having a built-in waste water tank means we do not need to remember an external tank.
Self-diagnostic system	Effective protection against damage.
Water quality sensor	Monitors water parameters for a stable and safe sterilisation process.
Chamber made of grade 304 stainless steel	This makes it incredibly durable and aesthetic, and speaks to the high quality of the device.
Double door lock	An improved system protecting the door both mechanically and electronically.
Complies with sanitary-epidemiological requirements	The purchase of this autoclave must be reported to the UDT.
High-quality bacterial filter	Replaced every 150 cycles; filters are available in our shop.
Technical passport	The passport included with the kit is worth PLN 250.
