INTENDED USE:
The LFSS12AA LED autoclave is intended for the sterilisation of invasive medical devices. The unit helps prevent cross-contamination. The autoclave is particularly suited to hospital departments, dental and ophthalmic practices and biological research institutions. It is designed for sterilising surgical instruments, dental tools, syringes and similar items. It is used to sterilise wrapped (single and multi-layer) and unwrapped solid products, porous products and hollow objects in accordance with EN 13060:2004+A2:2010. The autoclave may also be used for non-medical and veterinary applications.

Warning: The device is not intended for sterilising liquids.

The Lafomed autoclave from the Standard Line series is especially recommended for hospital departments, dentistry and ophthalmology, as well as biological research institutions. It is ideal for beauty salons and cosmetic studios, tattoo studios and aesthetic medicine clinics. The unit is designed to sterilise medical and non-medical tools. Manufactured to a special Activeshop order, it offers features not found in other autoclaves, which makes this product especially unique. Sterilisation with a top-class Class B medical autoclave ensures full efficiency and safety.

Functionality you will appreciate

This compact unit combines an autoclave with an integrated thermal printer. It features an LED display and 6 fully automatic programmes: 4 sterilisation programmes and 2 test programmes. The shortest sterilisation programme, including drying, takes only 8 minutes. The device has an integrated tank for pure (distilled) water used for sterilisation, and a waste water tank, with drainage possible from the front of the unit. The self-diagnostic system effectively protects against damage and helps maintain the device's long service life. Additional safety is provided by the double door locking system.

Warranty with extension option (24+12)

The Lafomed Standard Line autoclave comes with a 24-month warranty. It is worth noting that the warranty is not linked to the number of autoclave cycles. There is an option to extend the warranty by a further 12 months if a paid technical inspection is carried out at an authorised service centre before the end of the basic warranty period. This applies to devices purchased from 2022-08-22. In addition, the technical passport is delivered free of charge!

Nationwide network of authorised LAFOMED service centres

We are pleased to inform you of changes to LAFOMED autoclave servicing. In response to our customers' needs, from 2024-09-02 we are launching a nationwide network of authorised LAFOMED service centres. Service points are now available in every region, where you can leave your device for repair or inspection.
Authorised service points offer:
- annual inspections
- carrying out necessary warranty and non-warranty repairs
- the option of performing the above services at the client's location (on-site service) *
- loan devices during repairs *
- fast and efficient service

Specification:

Medical Class B	This is the highest autoclave class, which allows more effective sterilisation of unwrapped and wrapped items, regardless of the type of instrument.
High manufacturing quality	The autoclave is manufactured in accordance with ISO 13485 and holds CE 1023 certification. It also meets the requirements of the European standard BS EN 13060:2014+A1:2018.
12 L capacity	The relatively large capacity allows more instruments and items to be sterilised at once. A 12-litre autoclave is well suited to a beauty salon or tattoo studio.
Integrated printer	No pen needed, as thermal paper is used.
