INTENDED USE:
The autoclave, model LFSS23AD LCD, is designed for sterilising invasive medical devices. The device helps prevent cross-infection. The autoclave is primarily intended for hospital wards, dental and ophthalmic practices and biological research institutes. It is designed for sterilising surgical instruments, dental tools, syringes and the like. It is used for wrapped (single- and multi-layer) and unwrapped solid products, porous products and hollow items in accordance with the EN 13060:2004+A2:2010 standard. The autoclave can also be used for non-medical and veterinary applications.

Warning: The device is not intended for sterilising liquids.

Functionality you will appreciate

This compact device combines a 23-litre autoclave with an integrated thermal printer. It features an LCD screen and a USB port that lets you connect a storage device to record sterilisation cycle results. It offers 10 fully automatic programs: 7 sterilisation programs, 2 test programs and an autoclave cleaning program. It also has a user program function that gives you complete freedom to choose the parameters. The menu is intuitive, and the user-friendly interface is available in Lithuanian. The preheating and heat-holding function will also prove useful. The Lafomed Compact Line autoclave offers fast sterilisation programs with the option to control the drying time. The shortest combined sterilisation and drying program takes just 7 minutes. The device has an integrated clean (distilled) water tank for sterilisation, as well as a used water tank, with drainage at the front of the device. The self-diagnostic system effectively protects against faults and helps preserve the durability of the device. Additional safety is provided by the double door locking system. What sets it apart from other Lafomed autoclaves is the exceptionally large capacity of the clean and used water tanks – as much as 2.5 litres! This means you will not need to refill and empty the water often.

36-month warranty

The Lafomed Compact Line autoclave comes with a 36-month warranty. It is worth noting that the warranty is independent of the number of autoclave use cycles. This applies to devices purchased from 17 May 2024. A technical passport is also included free of charge.

Nationwide network of authorised LAFOMED service centres in Lithuania

We are pleased to announce changes to LAFOMED autoclave servicing. In response to our customers' demands and needs, from 2 September 2024 we are opening a nationwide network of authorised LAFOMED service centres in Lithuania. Service centres are now available in every region, where you can leave your device for repair or inspection.
Authorised service centres offer:

- necessary warranty and out-of-warranty repairs
- the above services carried out at the customer's premises (on site) *
- replacement devices during repairs *
- fast and efficient service

Medical Class B	This is the highest class of autoclave, allowing the most effective sterilisation of unwrapped and wrapped items, regardless of the type of instrument.

Autostart function	With this function you can start a chosen program at a preset time. A delayed start can be set for a specific date and time or for a few hours later.
Preheating function	When this function is on, the device preheats while the program or parameters are being set.
Heat-holding function	The autoclave will heat the chamber and run the steam generator to maintain a constant, warm temperature (maximum 8 hours). This shortens the time of each sterilisation cycle.
Integrated clean and used water tanks	Each container holds as much as 2.5 litres. The clean water tank is for distilled or deionised water used for sterilisation. Having a used water tank means you do not need to arrange an external water drain. The used (and clean) water drain is at the front of the device.
Self-diagnostic system	Effective protection against faults.
Water quality sensor	Monitors water parameters to ensure a stable and safe sterilisation process.
