INTENDED USE:
The LFSS12AD autoclave is designed for sterilising invasive medical devices. The unit helps prevent the spread of cross-infection. The autoclave is intended in particular for hospital departments, dental surgeries, ophthalmic clinics and biological research institutes. It is designed for sterilising surgical instruments, dental tools, syringes and more. It is used to sterilise wrapped (single and multi-layer) and unwrapped solid items, porous items and hollow items in accordance with EN 13060:2004+A2:2010. The autoclave can also be used for non-medical and veterinary applications.

Warning: The unit is not intended for sterilising liquids.

It is also ideal for beauty salons and cosmetology clinics, tattoo studios and aesthetic medicine salons. The unit is designed to sterilise both medical and non-medical instruments. Made to Activeshop's special specifications, it offers features not found in other autoclaves, which makes this product truly unique. Sterilisation in the top Class B medical mode ensures full effectiveness and safety.

Functionality you will appreciate

This is a compact unit combining a 12-litre autoclave with an integrated thermal printer. It has an LCD screen and a USB port, which lets you connect a storage device to save the results of a completed cycle. It has 10 fully automatic programmes: 7 sterilisation programmes, 2 test programmes and an autoclave cleaning programme. In addition, it also has a user programme function, which gives you complete freedom in choosing parameters. The menu is intuitive, and the user-friendly interface is available in Lithuanian. The pre-heating and heat-retention function will also come in handy. The Lafomed Compact Line autoclave offers quick sterilisation programmes with the option to control the drying time. The shortest sterilisation programmes, including drying, take only 7 minutes. The unit has an integrated tank for clean (distilled) water used for sterilisation, as well as a used-water tank, with drainage from the front of the unit. The self-diagnostic system effectively protects against damage and helps maintain the durability of the unit. Additional safety is provided by the double door-locking system. What sets it apart from other Lafomed autoclaves is its exceptionally large clean and used water tank capacity - as much as 2.5 litres! As a result, you will not need to refill and empty the water often.

36-month warranty

The Lafomed Compact Line autoclave is covered by a 36-month warranty. It is worth noting that the warranty is independent of the number of cycles the autoclave runs. This option applies to units purchased from 17 May 2024. In addition, a service passport is included in the set free of charge.

Nationwide network of authorised LAFOMED service centres

We would like to tell you about changes made to LAFOMED autoclave repair services. To meet the requirements and needs of our customers, from 2 September 2024 we are launching a nationwide network of authorised LAFOMED service centres. Repair services are now available in every voivodeship, where you can leave the unit for repair or inspection.
Authorised service centres offer:
- annual inspections
- warranty and post-warranty repairs as required
- the option of carrying out the above services at the customer's premises (on-site visit) *
- rental of replacement units for the duration of the repair *
- fast and efficient service

Medical Class B	This is the highest autoclave class, allowing the most effective sterilisation of unwrapped and wrapped items, regardless of the type of instrument.
High manufacturing quality	The autoclave is manufactured to the ISO 13485 standard and holds CE 1023 certification. It also meets the requirements of the European standard BS EN 13060:2014+A1:2018.

Shortcut function	The last sterilisation programme run is remembered and easily accessible when you switch on the autoclave.
Autostart function	Thanks to this function you can start the chosen programme at a preset time. You can set a delayed start for a specific date and time or for any number of hours later.
Pre-heating function	When this function is on, the unit pre-heats before you select a programme or set parameters.
Temperature-holding function	The autoclave heats the chamber and switches on the steam generator to maintain a constant, warm temperature (for up to 8 hours). This shortens the running time of each sterilisation cycle.
Integrated clean and used water tanks	Each tank has a capacity of as much as 2.5 litres. The clean water tank is for distilled or deionised water used in sterilisation. The used-water tank means there is no need to keep an external container. Drainage of used (and clean) water is on the front of the unit.
Self-diagnostic system	Effective protection against damage.
Water quality sensor	Monitors water parameters for a stable and safe sterilisation process.
304 stainless steel chamber	This makes it exceptionally durable and attractive, and reflects the high quality of the unit.
