INTENDED USE:

Autoclave, model LFSS23AA LED, designed for the sterilisation of invasive medical devices. The device helps prevent cross-infection. The autoclave is especially intended for hospital wards, dental, ophthalmology practices and biological research institutes. Designed for sterilising surgical instruments, dental tools, syringes and similar items. Used for sterilising packed (single- and multi-layer) and unpacked solid products, porous products and hollow items in accordance with EN 13060:2004+A2:2010. The autoclave may also be used for non-medical and veterinary applications.

Warning: The device is not intended for sterilising liquid materials.

The Lafomed autoclave from the Standard Line series is especially recommended for hospital wards, dentistry and ophthalmology, as well as biological institutes carrying out research projects. It is also well suited to barbershops and cosmetic studios, tattoo studios and aesthetic medicine salons. The device is designed for sterilising medical and non-medical tools. Manufactured to a special Activeshop specification, it offers features not found in other autoclaves, which makes this product truly unique. Functionality you will appreciate

This is a compact device combining a 23-litre autoclave with an integrated thermal printer. It features an LED display and 6 fully automatic programmes: 4 sterilisation programmes and 2 test programmes. A sterilisation time control function is available. The shortest sterilisation programme, including drying, takes just 8 minutes. The device has an integrated clean (distilled) water tank used for sterilisation, as well as a dirty water tank with water drainage at the front. The self-diagnostic system effectively protects against damage and helps preserve the device's long service life. Additional safety is provided by the double door locking system.

Warranty with extension option (24+12)

The Lafomed Standard Line autoclave comes with a 24-month warranty. It is worth noting that the warranty does not depend on the number of autoclave cycles. There is an option to extend the warranty by a further 12 months, provided that a paid technical inspection is carried out at an authorised service station before the end of the initial warranty period. This option applies to devices purchased from 22 August 2022. In addition, a technical passport is included free of charge!

Network of authorised LAFOMED service stations across Poland

We are pleased to inform you of changes to LAFOMED autoclave servicing. Listening to the requirements and needs of our customers, from 2 September 2024 we have launched an authorised LAFOMED service station network across Poland. Service stations are now available in every voivodeship, where you can leave your device for repair or inspection.
Authorised service stations offer:
- annual inspections
- necessary warranty and post-warranty repair work
- the above services performed at the customer's location (on-site visits) *
- replacement devices for the duration of repairs *
- fast and efficient service

Specification:

Medical B class	This is the highest autoclave class, enabling the most efficient sterilisation of unpacked and packed items, regardless of the type of instrument.
High manufacturing quality	The autoclave is manufactured in accordance with ISO 13485 and holds CE 1023 certification. It also meets the requirements of the European standard BS EN 13060:2014+A1:2018.
23 L capacity	The large capacity allows more instruments and items to be sterilised at once. Ideal for a dental practice, academic institutions, a hospital ward or a private clinic.
Integrated printer	No ink required, as it uses thermal paper.
Sterilisation of instruments loose or in packs	The class B autoclave allows sterilisation of both unpacked instruments and packed (solid or hollow) items.
LED display	Shows time, temperature and pressure. Control lamps indicate the active programme or notifications.

Integrated clean and dirty water tanks	The clean water tank is intended for distilled or deionised water, which will be used for sterilisation. The presence of a dirty water tank means there is no need to remember an external container. Drainage is at the front.
Self-diagnostic system	Effective damage protection.
Chamber made of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel	This makes it exceptionally durable and more aesthetically pleasing, and also indicates high device quality.
Double door locking system	Enhanced safety system that locks the door both mechanically and electronically.
