Application:
Designed for collecting hard, hazardous medical waste such as needles, IV cannulas, syringes, disposable gloves and similar items.
Ensures safe storage, transport and disposal of medical waste, guaranteeing hygiene and sanitation standards and mechanical safety, preventing incidents such as puncture and wounds from sharp waste for medical staff and beauty salon employees.
Features:
The container is made by blow moulding from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), the lid from polypropylene (PP).
The lid is fitted with a ring-shaped drop-in opening and two openings allowing sharp items such as scalpel blades and needles to be separated from syringes and similar items.
Dual-function lid that allows the container to be temporarily or permanently closed.
Highly resistant to mechanical deformation.
Made in a red warning colour; other colours (yellow, blue) available to order.
Equipped with a blow-moulded in-mould BML-type label bearing the international biohazard symbol, allowing local waste data to be easily written in even with a pen.
Resistant to UV radiation, formalin and ethyl alcohol.
Holds a positive opinion from the National Public Health Institute - PZH
Meets standards: ASTM F2132-01 (puncture resistance) and PN-EN ISO 175 (resistance to immersion in liquid chemicals)
