DESCRIPTION:
Pouches are made from special medical paper and multi-layer, transparent, heat-resistant PET / RA film.
Sterilisation pouches meet the requirements for medical packaging materials under GOST ISO 11607 - 2011 and the European standard CEN EN 868.
These pouches are intended for sterilisation by steam, air and ethylene oxide.
The pouch features the following:
- pack size;
- a warning against using damaged packs, and a mark prohibiting reuse of the packs;
- indicator descriptions.
POUCH USE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Before using the pouches, visually check their integrity and seals (that the pouch is not damaged). Attach the indicator. Place items to be sterilised inside the pouch and remove excess air (smooth the pouch by hand towards its open end).
- To avoid creasing when sealing the pouch, its maximum filled volume must not exceed 75% of the working volume.
- To seal the pouches, fold the part of the pouch along the perforation line, remove the protective strip from the adhesive strip and press firmly from the centre towards the edges, avoiding creases.
- At the end of the sterilisation cycle, it is recommended to open the sterilizer lid slightly for 7-10 minutes and cool the chamber in this position to approximately 80 ﹾ C.
- After the sterilisation cycle, the process indicator placed on the pouch should change from its initial colour to its final colour (indicator marks are shown on the pouch).
- To remove the sterilised instruments, cut open the pouch at the marked area, along the dotted line.
Dimensions: 75×150 mm.
