UV/LED Gel Polish Rubber Base "RB Cover Base Baby Boomer"

RB BASE (RUBBER BASE) - rubber bases that, thanks to their outstanding properties, help protect and strengthen nails and give them a natural, pleasant colour. 

Features:

  • the rubber in the base helps perfectly level the nail surface, filling in all scratches and fine cracks;
  • does not run onto the cuticles;
  • nails covered with this base are strengthened and do not lose their flexibility, reducing the likelihood of nail breakage;
  • the base is perfectly suited to weak, thin, peeling nails;
  • with this base you can slightly extend the nail plate and restore a chipped nail;
  • “RB Cover Base” is a camouflage base for nails that conceals natural nail imperfections and gives a soft, natural colour;
  • these bases are perfectly suited for creating French and Ombre designs;
  • characterised by a thick consistency.

Gel polish application process:

  1. Cleanse, disinfect, push back the cuticles and remove grease with the PREP nail dehydrator.
  2. Lightly prime the nail tips with PRIMER or ULTRABOND. Avoid contact with the skin, allow to dry for 30 seconds. Recommendation: apply sparingly to the nail tips.
  3. Apply the base to the nails and cure under the lamp*. Apply to the thumbs and cure under the lamp*. Recommendation: do not over-apply when applying the base.
  4. Apply a thin layer of your chosen polish and cure under the lamp*. Apply a second layer and cure again under the lamp*. Recommendation: pay attention to the nail edges so that a thick layer of polish does not build up on the nail tips; this way the gel polish will last longer.
  5. Apply a thin, smooth layer of top gel polish to protect the colour. Cure under the lamp*.
  6. When using a tacky „Top‘“, remove the tacky layer with nail cleanser.

For perfect coverage: 1-2 layers

Curing:

  • in an LED lamp for 30-60 seconds;
  • in a UV lamp for 120 seconds;

*Curing time depends on lamp power (e.g. in a 48W lamp the gel polish sets in as little as 15 seconds). 

Gel polish removal (soaking off):

  1. Remove the top layer of polish with a nail file. Recommendation: push back the cuticles before using the file, so the top layer comes off more easily.
  2. Fully soak a wipe with gel polish remover. Place it on the entire nail surface and wrap the fingers in foil so the product does not evaporate and the heat stays inside.
  3. Leave for 10 minutes, then check the condition. Some colours may need more time. If needed, soak for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil from the fingers and gently wipe off the polish with a cuticle pusher or wooden tool. Recommendation: do not use force when removing the polish. Remaining residue can easily be buffed away. 

Removal time: 10-15 min
