How to use:
- Paint the nails with black gel polish;
- Using the applicator, rub the powder into the gel polish while it is still tacky;
- Brush off the excess dust;
- Apply the UV/LED top coat TOP (do not cure);
- Hold the magnet over the nail for 3-5 seconds until the "cat eye" effect appears;
- Cure the nails under the lamp.
