Nail Degreaser "Prep" | 15ml

Nail degreaser and dehydrator designed to remove the oily layer from the nail surface and balance moisture. Used before gel polish application and extensions.

Features:

  • degreases and dehydrates the nail plate, preparing it for further work;
  • non-polymerising, dries quickly in air;
  • suitable for use with all nail systems (gel, acrylic Polygel, gel polish).

Gel polish application process:

  1. Cleanse, disinfect, push back cuticles and remove oils with the PREP nail degreaser.
  2. Lightly prime the nail tips with PRIMER or ULTRABOND. Avoid contact with the skin, allow to dry for 30 seconds. Recommendation: apply sparingly to the nail tips.
  3. Apply the base to the nails and cure under the lamp*. Apply to the thumbs and cure under the lamp*. Recommendation: do not extend while applying the base.
  4. Apply a thin layer of your chosen polish and cure under the lamp*. Apply a second layer and cure again under the lamp*. Recommendation: pay attention to the nail edges so that a thick layer does not form on the nail tips, which helps the gel polish last longer.
  5. Apply a thin, smooth layer of “Crystal Top Coat” gel top coat to protect the colour. Cure under the lamp*.
  6. When using a sticky-layer top coat, remove it with “UV Gel Cleanser”.

Gel polish removal:

  1. Remove the top layer of polish with a nail file. Recommendation: push back cuticles before using the file, so the top layer is easier to remove.
  2. Fully soak a wipe in gel polish remover. Place it on the entire nail surface and wrap the fingers in foil so the product does not evaporate and the heat stays in.
  3. Leave for 10 minutes, then check the condition. Some colours may require more time. If needed, soak for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil from the fingers and gently wipe the polish off with a cuticle pusher or wooden tool. Recommendation: do not use force when removing the polish. Any residue can easily be buffed away.
