UV/LED Gel Polish "MERMAID" 015 | 7ml

The MERMAID gel polish formula contains tiny metal particles which, when activated by a magnet, create a striking effect with a shimmering 3D glitter and radiance.

Everything depends on the magnet type you choose, your imagination and creativity. Experimenting with different magnets will give you a wide range of enchanting designs.  

Features:

Gel polish application process:

  1. Cleanse, disinfect, push back cuticles and remove oils with the PREP nail dehydrator.
  2. Lightly prime the nail tips with PRIMER or ULTRABOND. Avoid contact with the skin and let dry for 30 seconds. Recommendation: apply sparingly to the nail tips.
  3. Apply base coat to the nails and cure under the lamp*. Apply to the thumbs and cure under the lamp*. Recommendation: do not overextend when applying the base coat.
  4. Apply a thin layer of your chosen polish and cure under the lamp*. Apply a second layer and cure again under the lamp*. Recommendation: pay attention to the nail edges so that a thick layer does not form on the nail tips; this way the gel polish will last longer.
  5. Apply a thin, smooth layer of the "Crystal Top Coat" gel top coat to protect the colour. Cure under the lamp*.
  6. If the top coat has a sticky layer, remove it with the "UV Gel Cleanser" nail cleanser. 

For perfect coverage: two layers.

Curing:

  • in an LED lamp for 30-60 seconds;
  • in a UV lamp for 120 seconds;

*Curing time depends on lamp power (e.g. in a 48W lamp the gel polish sets in just 15 seconds). 

Gel polish removal (soaking off):

  1. Remove the top layer of polish with a nail file. Recommendation: push back cuticles before using the file, so the top layer comes off more easily.
  2. Fully soak a wipe with gel polish remover. Place it on the entire nail surface and wrap fingers in foil so the product does not evaporate and the heat stays in.
  3. Leave for 10 minutes, then check the condition. Some colours may need more time. If needed, soak for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil from the fingers and gently wipe off the polish with a cuticle pusher or wooden tool. Recommendation: do not use force when removing the polish. Any residue can be easily buffed off. 

Removal time: 10-15 min

Gel polishes shown in the photo are presented on a black base. The result may vary depending on the nail base colour and the magnet used.
