In this category you will find matte top coats, shimmering ones with fine glitter, velvet-effect, cat eye and no-wipe top coats with no sticky layer. A no-wipe top coat is especially important when working with chrome powders – the mirror pigment is rubbed in on a matte no-wipe surface. All top coats are applied as the final layer and cured in a lamp.
