RefectoCil Cream Oxidant-Developer 100ml

 Oxidant-developer "RefectoCil Cream" 100ml 3% 10vol.

REFECTOCIL developer is intended for cosmetic purposes, especially as a developer for REFECTOCIL eyebrow and eyelash tints.

How to use:

1. Mix a small amount of developer (oxidant) lotion and a little RefectoCil eyebrow/eyelash tint with the special stick until a cream-thick consistency is obtained.
2. Prepare the eyelashes or eyebrows according to the procedure.
3. Apply the resulting mixture to the hairs and leave for 5-10 min.
4. Wipe off the tint with a damp tissue and thoroughly remove any residue with warm water or special products.
    

The optimal result is achieved by mixing 2 cm of RefectoCil eye/lash tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil developer (oxidant) lotion.

The mixture must be prepared immediately before use!
