During paraffin therapy, heat opens the pores of the skin so that the active substances in the paraffin can penetrate the deepest layers of the skin on the hands or feet, nourishing and moisturising it and creating natural protection for the skin of your hands and feet against the cold and biting weather.

After the treatment, the skin of the hands and feet becomes soft and healthy. The warmth released by the paraffin during the treatment relaxes the muscles, warms the hands and feet, soothes and refreshes hands tired from work, reduces tension, calms and relieves pain, and increases joint flexibility.
Key features: a convenient size for hand, foot and elbow treatments.

Procedure:
1. Place the paraffin in the paraffin bath.
2. Switch on the paraffin bath, setting the dial to “HI”.
3. Once the paraffin has melted, set the dial to “LO”.

Hand care:
1. Remove all jewellery and wash your hands.
2. Make sure the paraffin temperature is comfortable for you.
3. Dip your hand into the paraffin 4-6 times, holding it in for 2-3 seconds each time.
4. Cover the paraffin-coated hand with a plastic glove and only then put a fabric
glove over it. Leave for 15-20 minutes. The glove will keep your hand warm.
5. Remove the glove together with the paraffin.

Foot care:
1. Remove all jewellery and wash your feet.
2. Make sure the paraffin temperature is comfortable for you.
3. Dip your foot into the paraffin 4-6 times, holding it in for 2-3 seconds each time. If your foot
does not fit in the bath, apply the paraffin with a brush.
4. Place a plastic bag over the paraffin-coated foot and only then put a fabric
sock over it. Leave for 15-20 minutes. The sock will keep your foot warm.
5. Remove the sock together with the paraffin.
