Gel polish application steps:

  1. Cleanse, sanitise, push back cuticles and remove oils with the PREP nail dehydrator.
  2. Lightly prime the nail tips with PRIMER or ULTRABOND. Avoid contact with the skin and allow to dry for 30 seconds. Tip: apply sparingly to the nail tips.
  3. Apply base coat to the nails and cure under the lamp*. Apply to the thumbs and cure under the lamp*. Tip: when applying base coat, do not overfill.
  4. Apply a thin layer of your chosen polish and cure under the lamp*. Apply a second layer and cure again under the lamp*. Tip: pay attention to the nail edges so that a thick polish layer does not build up on the nail tips; this helps the gel polish last longer.
  5. Apply a thin, smooth layer of “Crystal Top Coat” gel top coat to protect the colour. Cure under the lamp*.
  6. If the top coat remains sticky, remove it with the “UV Gel Cleanser” nail cleanser.

Gel polish removal (soak-off):

  1. Remove the top coat layer with a file. Tip: push back cuticles before filing, which makes removing the top layer easier.
  2. Fully saturate a wipe with gel polish remover. Place on the entire nail surface and wrap fingers in foil so the product does not evaporate and heat stays inside.
  3. Leave for 10 minutes, then check the condition. Some colours may need more time. If needed, soak for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil from the fingers and gently wipe off the polish with a cuticle pusher or wooden tool. Tip: do not use force when removing polish. Any residue can easily be buffed away.
