UV/LED Gel Polish Fibreglass Base Coat "Fiber Cover Base Mocha"

FIBER BASE  - a fiberglass base that, thanks to its distinctive properties, helps strengthen nails, smooth the nail plate and give them an attractive colour.

Features:

  • The fiberglass (FiberGlass) in the FIBER base helps protect weak, brittle nails.
  • Smooths the nail surface by filling all scratches and fine cracks.
  • Contains calcium.
  • Prevents further damage to the nail plate;
  • Nails coated with this base are strengthened and retain their flexibility;
  • The base has a soft shade that conceals natural nail imperfections;
  • Does not run onto the cuticles and is self-levelling.   

Gel polish application process:

  1. Cleanse, disinfect, push back the cuticles and remove oils with the PREP nail dehydrator.
  2. Lightly prime the nail tips with PRIMER or ULTRABOND. Avoid contact with the skin and allow to dry for 30 seconds. Tip: apply sparingly to the nail tips.
  3. Apply the base to the nails and cure under the lamp*. Apply to the thumbs and cure under the lamp*. Tip: when applying the base, do not overextend.
  4. Apply a thin layer of your chosen polish and cure under the lamp*. Apply a second layer and cure again under the lamp*. Tip: pay attention to the nail edges so that a thick layer does not form on the nail tips; this way the gel polish will last longer.
  5. Apply a thin, smooth layer of top gel to protect the colour. Cure under the lamp*.
  6. If using a sticky-layer top coat, remove the tacky residue with nail cleanser.

For perfect coverage: 1-2 layers

Curing:

  • In an LED lamp for 30-60 seconds;
  • In a UV lamp for 120 seconds;

*Curing time depends on lamp power (e.g. in a 48W lamp the gel polish sets in as little as 15 seconds). 

Gel polish removal:

  1. Remove the top layer of polish with a nail file. Tip: push back the cuticles before using the file, which makes removing the top layer easier.
  2. Soak a wipe fully in gel polish remover. Place it on the entire nail surface and wrap the fingers in foil so the product does not evaporate and the heat stays in.
  3. Leave for 10 minutes, then check the condition. Some shades may need more time. If needed, soak for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil from the fingers and gently wipe off the polish with a cuticle pusher or wooden tool. Tip: do not use force when removing the polish. Any residue can be easily buffed away. 

Removal time: 10-15 min
