Confetti

Confetti – 6 products from €8. These polishes have coloured flake particles suspended in a clear or semi-sheer base, creating a festive, confetti-like effect. Because the base is translucent, the result depends greatly on what lies beneath: over white the particles look bright and high-contrast, over nude they look subtle, and over black they look like a night sky. The polish is most often used for one or two accent nails, but suits all nails too if the base colour is neutral.

How to apply

First apply and cure the base colour, and only then the confetti layer. If there are not enough particles, you can distribute extra ones with the tip of the brush when applying the second coat.

Smoothing

The flakes protrude above the surface, so two layers of top coat are needed – the first fills the gaps, the second levels the finish.
